OFFSET PRINTING

Offset printing is the most widely used printing technique. The graphic solution is transferred to the selected paper via a cliché-panel in combination with a graphic tire, a roller system for color and water and other. SCREEN PRINTING

Screen printing is a technique used to print items of various materials with various surfaces. There is special application in the textile industry as well as in branding of promotional items. Provides a high-quality high intensity color printing with exceptional resistance to external influences. The color is passed through a mesh matrix leaving clean and sharp prints. The technique is equally well suited for the printing of single-color or multicolor graphic solutions and is an economical choice because of the price of a single print.

TAMPON PRINTING

Tampon printing is a technique used to print items from a variety of material with an oval spin. The most common application is for the branding of advertising accessories where a smaller print surface is needed (pens, lighters, pendants, clocks ...). This technique involves printing with indirect injection using a printing form (cliché) for the transfer of color. It is a fast and economical technique and is one of the most used decorative techniques.

DRY STAMP

A dry stamp is a printing technique by pressing (without the use of color) on advertising articles suitable for this type of printing. Articles of leather, thermoscopes, as well as paper articles leave a special impression using this technique of printing. A dry seal forms a recessed impression by combining the pressure, the high temperature and the corresponding cliché with the printing design.

DIGITAL PRINTING

Digital printing is a technique that significantly constrains the process of printing out the printing of "jobs for yesterday", because the time of preparation for printing is much shorter compared to other techniques. The printing process is done directly with the computer and the printer itself. It is suitable for small and medium circuits, as well as full color printing, up to A3 + format (33x48cm), on various types of paper and grams of 80-300g. The most frequently requested items are business cards, flyers, invitations, vouchers, diplomas, catalogs ...

LASER ENGRAVING

Laser engraving is a technique that involves the use of a laser beam for precise engraving on the edges. This technique produces an impression of exclusivity and produces exceptional results on metal, plastic and wood. The print is permanent and durable and can be of different colors (black, gold, silver, glossy or matte) depending on the material from which the article is made. The type of material used to create the article also influences the choice of the type of laser that must be used.
CO2 is used for items that are anodised, plasticized, rubberized, of wood, scythes or clither. YAG is used on all types of metal and plastic. The engraving is also possible on stainless steel objects as well as on metals processed by some of the galvanization processes: chromium, nickel plating ...

STICKER

The sticker is created by the process of pouring the polyurethane resin onto a flat surface such as a sticker, a tile, a tile ... This process produces a visually appealing three-dimensional object whereby the sticker differs from the classic stickers. The polyurethane resin extends the lifetime of the label, because it protects the advertising message that lies in the layer below. The sticker can be applied to all types of materials and in any shape.

TRANSFER ROASTING

Baking frying is a technique applied on articles made of porcelain, glass and ceramics. For painters, special types of colors are used, which are printed on screen printing onto a paper-transfer. After manual application, transfer to the desired article, it is baked in a high temperature oven. During the baking process, color penetrates the structure of the object and produces durability, as well as resistance to scratching, washing and UV radiation.

TRANSFER PRINTING

Textile transfer printing is ideal for branding products such as hats, t-shirts, bags, jackets and the like. It is possible to apply them regardless of the color of the fabric. The shaper is formed by a sieve or digital printing process and represents an application that is transmitted directly to textiles under the influence of a press which is heated to a certain temperature.

THE BINDING

The binding is a traditional technique of decorating the fabric with needles and threads. The tie can be applied to flat, but also to poor surfaces. The right choice is for decorating t-shirts, caps, caps, scarves, shirts, bags, jackets, windbows, sweatshirts, vests ...

SUBLIMATION

Sublimation submits the application to the ceramic items that are specially prepared for this type of printing. The printers are generated by the digital printing process, and by means of the heat seals they are transferred to the desired ceramic surface. The process allows the color to be transposed into the film-forming body, so the result of sublimation is a photo-quality in full color. Compared to the roasting baking, sublimation produces less resistance to scratching and washing. An ideal choice for small circles, as well as personalizing ceramic items.
