SCENSO does not deliver beyond the borders of the Republic of Serbia. Delivery is done by courier services or post service on the entire territory of the Republic of Serbia.

 

WHAT TO DO IF A DAMAGED PACKAGE OR PRODUCT IS TO MAKE?

When taking over goods, the Buyer is obliged to check the quality and condition of the delivered goods.
If the package has visible damage in the form of torn parts or bumps, the Buyer is obliged to request the opening of the package in the presence of an official person. If it is determined on that occasion that the items have been damaged, it is required to make a record of the complaint.
